In August 2012 I claimed my Avvo profile. I am a Top Contributor and Top Attorney rated Superb. I regularly answer legal questions on Avvo. This page features my answers to Asker’s questions. If you have a general legal question, or seek legal advice free of charge, please post your question anonymously on Avvo. You should receive answers and advice from several attorneys free of charge. If you’re lucky — I might be among the attorneys responding to your post. If you are unable to afford legal services, links to self-help and low and no cost legal services in Los Angeles are on the Self-Help page.
If you have landed on this page because you seek legal counsel or because you need legal representation, I hope you will allow me to help. I provide legal advice and services on a fee for service basis and represent clients in transactional matters throughout California. My litigation practice is generally confined to state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, although I occasionally represent clients before courts in Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.
I practice law differently than many of my colleagues. I aim to make engagement and representation possible over the internet from wherever you are; hence my tagline: Virtual Lawyer – “Representation Made Easy.” And, unlike most lawyers, I make promises to my clients.
The internet, secure email, and my Client Portal allow me to render confidential cost effective legal services anywhere in California. Payment is accepted through Zelle® (electronic funds transfer from your financial institution), PayPal, Chase QuickPay, and LawPay (Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®). Pay Online links are on the sidebar, Fees and Client Portal pages.
If you believe I have the qualifications you require in an attorney, please give me a call so together we can determine during a confidential telephone consultation if I am able to help. The first time you call, and until your telephone number is recognized by Google Voice, you will be asked to leave voicemail – so be prepared to leave voicemail that includes:
- Your first and last name, articulated clearly and spelled;
- A direct telephone number;
- A brief description of your legal matter;
- Your email address — clearly articulated and spelled, or a statement that you can receive text messages.
Please consult the “Representation Made Easy,” My Practice, Virtual Lawyer, Technology, and FAQs pages to learn more my practice. If you have been served with a lawsuit consult the FAQ here. You are invited to scroll or search my Home page, my Avvo Answers (below), and the links to the right, for issues and cases that have interested me and to discover the types of cases I accept.
I look forward to speaking with you. — Michael Daymude 818-971-9409
